The Royal Ballet has announced that the forthcoming performances of Summer Draft Works in The Linbury Theatre from 1–3 July are unable to go ahead due to a number of dancers having to self-isolate.

Summer Draft Works was a showcase to present new works from promising choreographers in this continuation of The Royal Ballet's series of Draft Works. An opportunity to see new work performed in draft form by some of the world's most talented dancers with choreographers from both outside and within the company, experimenting with their creative voice in the intimate Linbury Theatre.

Summer Draft Works will now be postponed until next Season and all tickets will be refunded.

What a great shame – for the dancers as well as for us. I hope no-one becomes seriously ill and that we’ll be back on track to see these new works as soon as possible next season.
