Madonna is eyeing a house in the northern Italian city of Verona, local sources said Tuesday.
“I confirm the American pop star's interest but I cannot add anything else,” said Milan realtor Alessandro Proto, known for selling a villa to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie in Valpolicella, near Verona, and a penthouse outside Turin to Leonardo DiCaprio.
The oak-beamed, fully furnished property is said to be a 500-square-meter penthouse facing Piazza delle Erbe in the city's center. It has two stories plus a loft, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a kitchen, an office, and a fireplace inside a living room with a view. The potential deal is estimated to be more than 10 million euros.
