Viral video: Violist Lukas Kmit has a creative response to the phone ringing during his performance
Violist Lukas Kmit, while performing at a Jewish Orthodox synagogue in Presov, Slovakia, was disturbed by a ring tone.
Alan Gilbert stopped a performance of Mahler’s Ninth Symphony at the Avery Fisher Hall a few weeks ago when an iPhone started ringing. Riccardo Muti continued conducting an overture at La Scala while glaring backwards over his shoulder at the culprit for at least half a minute.
