Andrea Bocelli brings Celebrity Fight Night to Italy.
Bocelli has been involved with Muhammad Ali's charity for years, but this will be the first time that the event has been seen outside America. For $50,000 a head each ‘guest' will be flown from the States to Pisa for a six-day break in Tuscany, lunch with the Marques De Frescobaldi, dinner at the home of Roberto Cavalli, and an evening with Lionel Richie and Sophia Loren in Andrea and Veronica Bocelli's house, presumably sipping the Bocelli Family wine during dinner.
There will be a cocktail offered by the Ferragamo Family in their shoe Museum, and ‘Renaissance entertainment' at the Teatro della Pergola.
The trip ends with a concert in the Palazzo Vecchio in Florence with the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino conducted by Maestro Zubin Mehta.
The Celebrity Fight Night Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1994 by Jimmy Walker to support the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, as well as numerous other charities.
The Italian edition débuts on 3 September and lasts until 7 September. More than 70% of the cost will be tax deductible!
