After the enormous success of its online masterclasses when the studios were closed due to lockdown restrictions, Danceworks in London is continuing to offer dancers – or even observers – the possibility to participate in its masterclasses virtually, together with those who are physically present in the studio.

2-hour masterclasses focusing on technique and artistry, as well as incorporating the opportunity to learn sections of Nutcracker variations: Sugar Plum Fairy, Rose Fairy and Dolls.

Graham Spicer is a writer, director and photographer in Milan, blogging (under the name ‘Gramilano’) about dance, opera, music and photography for people “who are a bit like me and like some of the things I like”. He was a regular columnist for Opera Now magazine and wrote for the BBC until transferring to Italy.
