Other names now attached to the L.A. Convention Center dinner and tribute concert, which will recognize Streisand for her artistic and philanthropic work, include Herbie Hancock, Diana Krall, Donna Summer and “Glee” cast members Lea Michele, Matthew Morrison and Darren Criss.
Streisand herself is set to close the evening with a special set.
Now in its 21st year, the Person of the Year event — an industry highlight during Grammy Week — benefits MusiCares, the Recording Academy's charitable arm. Recent honorees have included Neil Young, James Taylor, Brian Wilson, Sting and Aretha Franklin.
