Thousands of spectators have followed the Prix de Lausanne 2022 Finals at the Auditorium Stravinski and online through live streaming. Among the 20 Finalists, seven were awarded a scholarship allowing them to enter one of the partner schools or companies of the Prix de Lausanne. Today, Sunday 6 February, the candidates will take part in the Networking Forum, which gives them the opportunity to meet representatives of the partner institutions.

Finalists who have not been awarded any prize receive the Finalist Award (a sum of CHF 1'000).
Live streaming
This year, the daily sessions – almost 7 hours per day – and the selections have been watched more than 334,000 times on ARTE Concert, YouTube, Facebook as well as on the Prix de Lausanne website. The Selections and Finals were also streamed in China and commented on by Chi CAO, Prize Winner of the Prix de Lausanne in 1994.
Young Creation Award
The five finalists of the new choreographic programme presented their pieces to the public on Wednesday 2 February. The Prix de Lausanne Jury chose two winners, who were announced during the Finals' interlude:

BRANCA Luca (Italy), from the Princess Grace Academy: Les Ombres du Temps (dancer: Yo NAKAJIMA)


Graham Spicer is a writer, director and photographer in Milan, blogging (under the name ‘Gramilano') about dance, opera, music and photography for people “who are a bit like me and like some of the things I like”. He was a regular columnist for Opera Now magazine and wrote for the BBC until transferring to Italy.
His scribblings have appeared in various publications from Woman's Weekly to Gay Times, and he wrote the ‘Danza in Italia' column for Dancing Times magazine.
