Carlos Acosta at The Royal Ballet: celebrating 17 years

Carlos Acosta at the Royal Ballet at The is a new book to celebrate Carlos Acosta’s 17 year career with The Royal Ballet from 1998 – 2015.

The book, which captures some of his greatest performances as well as intimate behind-the-scenes moments, is published by Oberon Books and will be released in November 2015. It contains over 150 images of Acosta on stage and in rehearsal partnering some of the world’s leading ballerinas from the company: , Leanne Benjamin, Alina Cojocaru, , , , Natalia Osipova, , Miyako Yoshida and .

There is a foreword by current Director of The Royal Ballet, Kevin O’Hare, as well as former Directors , Dame and Associate Director Jeanetta Laurence together with tributes from dancers, friends and colleagues at the Royal Opera House.
